All you need to do to get your money back is return the product to us in its original condition with all the paperwork within 30 days of when you receive it. Shipping cost is not refundable. All Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Personal hygiene items and swimsuits are not returnable. Custom Orders Are Not Refundable!

You must call before returning any order. Any order returned without a return authorization number will be refused.

1. Complete the order form or use your official purchase order form. Specify order number, quantity, description and price, color or size, right or left, where applicable.

3. We use extra care in packing your order, so please check you order for damaged or missing materials immediately upon receipt. If shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact your carrier immediately to file a damage claim. You must retain all packaging material for the carrier's inspection.
   
   
4. It is customary to drop-ship orders directly from the manufacturer. This saves both time and shipping and handling expense. Sales Tax: California residents only, add 7.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
