Shipping and Handling
All of the Shipping and Handling prices listed are calculated when you are checking out. "Quote" indicates that the shipping and handling charge varies depending on your location and we will need to quote you a price on the phone. Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders please call for a quote.
Certain prodcuts shipping totals may not reflect the actual shipping amount, these items will be handled on a case by case basis.
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 Business days however for larger items or non-stock items orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship out. If you are in a rush or need an item by a specific time please call us at 1-800-634-4351 and we will do whatever we can to meet your needs.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to order with complete confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase and we will refund your money promptly!
All you need to do to get your money back is return the product to us in its original condition, with all the paperwork and an RA number within 30 days of when you receive it. Shipping cost is not refundable. All Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Personal hygiene items and swimsuits are not returnable. Custom Orders Are Not Refundable! You must call before returning any product for a Return Authorization number any order returned without this will be refused.
